We receive our identity so we can stop striving and start showing up fully. We heal so that old wounds no longer get to determine how we relate to the people in front of us. We receive His love so we can love well. We receive freedom so we can live freely. We believe healthy, whole, connected women help cultivate healthy, whole, connected relationships, families, and communities. It changes the way we show up as wives, mothers, daughters, sisters, friends, leaders, and creators. It changes the relationships we build, the environments we cultivate, the boundaries we hold, the risks we are willing to take, the way we use our voices, and the courage with which we walk into our purpose.
The transformation begins within - but it was never meant to end there

I'M SOPHIA TOLENTINO STAHNKE
I am a wife of 14 years, and a mama to two daughters here on Earth, and one in Heaven. My family is God's greatest gift to me! The deep longing of my heart as a child, as a teen, and as a young adult was to be loved and to belong - safely, securely, unconditionally, and in a manner where I felt truly seen, known, heard and loved for exactly who I was.
My story is full of trauma, rejection, abandonment, abuse of multiple kinds, depression, anxiety, addiction, suicide attempts, betrayal, bad choices and more - but my past is not who I am and it does not dictate my future. I am not a victim, or a survivor, but I am an overcomer and more than a conqueror because of the relentless rescue mission of Jesus Christ. He found me at my lowest, picked me up, healed me, restored me, forgave me, forged an unbreakable bond with me and is writing an unbelievable redemption story through my life. Because of this I am passionate about women receiving, understanding, and being transformed by the Truth that they are treasured, valuable, cherished, greatly loved, more than enough, powerful, capable, courageous and strong. It's my joy to help women reclaim these identity truths and connect them with the One who created them, died for them, never left them, and is extending peace, joy, hope, rest, protection, provision, and promise to them .
Isaiah 61 is my personal mandate - " He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted and to proclaim that captives will be released and prisoners will be freed ...rebuild, restore, renew, and rejoice in your inheritance. Everlasting joy will be yours."
Out of deep gratitude for what He has done in my own life, it is an honor and a blessing to walk with you in yours towards greater freedom, wholeness, and redemption. The victories He has given me to overcome the brokenness of my life, are the gifts I hope to give to you.

Bring Jesus what we have been carrying and receive what He has for us. We exchange lies for Truth, fear for love, heaviness for freedom, striving for rest, and old agreements for His perspective.
Heal
Allow the love and Truth of God to reach the places within us that have been wounded, hidden, disconnected, or bound by the past - bringing greater wholeness to mind, body, soul and spirit.
Reclaim
Reclaim what God has given us: our identity, voice, freedom, creativity, gifts, authority, desires, dreams, vision, and the Truth of who we are and Whose we are.
Become
Becoming is not striving to become someone "better" - it is becoming increasingly free to live fully as the woman of God He created us to be. As our inner world is transformed, the way we show up in our outer world changes too.
...and becoming naturally overflows
into our relationships, into our families, into our friendships, into our callings, into our communities, into the world all around us. What God transforms within us begins to flow through us into every area of life.
